1 / Estimated Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 days of purchase and delivery can take from 3 to 5 working days. So please allow a total of 7 week days for deliveries.
Please note that these are estimated times and after dispatch we cannot be held responsible for any delays by the delivery company
(although these are very rare).

Missed deliveries:

We can provide tracking and ETA on dispatch of orders. If the courier has attempted a delivery but has been unable to deliver because adress issues or no one was at the address and unable to leave in a safe space, the parcel may be taken to a local drop off point or depot for collection. It is then the buyers responsibility to collect the parcel or re-arrange a delivery though the courier. If the parcel is not collected/accepted/re-arranged within the time allocation stated by the delivery company or re-delivery attempt/s fail, the package will then be RTS (returned to sender) This will incur a £5.99 return postage charge to us that will then have to deduct from any refund for purchases that are RTS. We are unable to refund or re-send until the original parcel is returned back to us by the courier.

2 / General Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We offer a 30 day satisfaction money back guarantee.
The return item/s reimbursement is paid back by same means of payment used for the initial transaction within 24 hours of receiving the goods back.
If you are not happy with your items, we're happy to offer you an exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase or delivery. Once you have notified us of a return we withhold reimbursement/exchange until we have received the goods back
(it is recommended proof of return postage is acquired).
The buyer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

4 / Allergies
We handle nuts, gluten and wheat so we advise if allergies are an issue or a concern withhold purchase/use and contact us directly for more specific guidance & advice.

5 / Food Care & Quality
Our handmade bird foods have a high fat content and are made fresh every week. We recommend they are used within 3-6 months of purchase and best stored in a cool, dark, preferably airtight container.
Something to be aware of is when placed outdoors it is best to avoid direct sunlight during the hottest times of the year (heatwaves) as they can become very soft.
